CityWide Program – Advertising
TABIA’s Citywide program is a collection of preferred media rates from a variety of partners and provides members the opportunity to promote themselves and their events with substantial savings. Our advertising partners deal with one collective, rather than 84 individual BIAs thus resulting in discounted rates. This is all made possible through careful negotiations and the generous assistance of our corporate sponsors.
Note, TABIA will not deal with or bill third party event suppliers for payment.
2024 CityWide Program Overview (contacts, rate cards, media kits)
CityWide Program Requests must come from the BIA itself. Please note, ad partner lead times which range from 2-6 weeks. Your order may not go through if you submit the order without enough lead time or your campaign start date may be shifted to a later date.
When making a request, please include the following information:
- BIA Name
- Event Name
- Advertising Partner
- Campaign Start date
- Campaign End date (if applicable)
- Order
